chore(ui): rename the "Overview" detail tab to "Assumptions & Dependencies" - #1019

The second tab on a pathway's page was called "Overview", which was hard to tell apart from the first tab, "At a glance". It now reads "Assumptions & Dependencies", which is what it holds: the Assumptions & Trends Overview (core drivers and key features) and the Dependencies table.
The tab's web address changes too, from
?tab=overviewto?tab=assumptions, so it matches the label. This is safe because v2 isn't live yet, so no public links use the old address. An old?tab=overviewlink now opens the first tab, the same as any unknown tab name.Also updated: two code comments, the tests that click the tab or open it by URL, and the UI kit's tab examples and description.
