…BNATIONAL audit known-reeds-issues.md: keep FIXED entries for RMI fixes still needed at 2026.08.03 and add one for the compare_cases.py "Flexibly Sited Demand" slide; delete entries resolved by the sync or no longer reachable (z90, z134, NY/CT offshore-wind RPS, reeds_to_rev); correct stale upstream-status and attribution claims; flag entries that resolve at the 2026.09.08 sync; add outputs.h5 missing sets, operating reserves off by default, retail-rate pandas-3 no-ops and PRAS single-zone crash; update the Index to match. reeds-to-cepm-log.md: correct the current base, the plantchar_gas Choices change, the fiona wheel claim and the cleanup_level reasoning; record the undocumented divergences (cases_test.csv cells, zizmor comments, .markdownlint.json, upstream special_keys lines); note that 2026.09.08 carries upstream's own Error 579 fix; drop stale z90/z134 paragraphs. Delete SUBNATIONAL_REGION_SUPPORT.md: its issues are resolved or moved into known-reeds-issues.md. Repoint its links in managing-pras.md and CEPM/README.md.
