Reorder the estimated detail view so the system comparison and section breakdowns are shown first, move package comparison into its own full-width section, and format breakdown/package numbers for dashboard readability. Also stabilize the Usage Report node-hour table column widths so grouped system headers do not stretch the first period column. Signed-off-by: Yoshifumi Nakamura <nakamura@riken.jp>
