hi @abbycross , I am adding some changes to the notebook that should automate the whole process and make the tutorial shorter. These changes are pending another PR that should be approved soon. PR is here.

I had to close and reopen this PR because I had accidentally uploaded the outdated version of the notebook instead of the new version. I have now attached the new version here. Like I mentioned, this depends on the PR on this repo, so as soon as this gets merged, this notebook should be good to go.
