Reconciles the exact source currently running in production with the Sprint 1 commerce foundation and Sprint 2 production hardening work. It also exposes the completed Shop V2 review surfaces behind preview-only flags and adds a separate commerce-first Homepage V2 behind its own disabled-by-default flag.
