Summary

  • add a fail-closed, researcher-facing replay for the frozen j0126 Zebrafinch affinity prediction
  • reproduce exclusion-only and nucleus-aware ABISS decodes with non-interactive Slurm dependency chains
  • add the public mt0/mt5 NERL and background-inclusive/foreground-only VOI evaluator
  • pin the frozen ABISS commit, conda compiler, Boost 1.82, oneTBB, and the required EXTRACT_SIZE=ON build definition
  • document native/mip0 FFN LUT regeneration and binary/input fingerprints

Verification

  • ABISS build: 3/3 tests passed
  • focused replay tests: 25/25 passed
  • preserved failing atomic mean-edge chunk: corrected acme size maps and agg completed
  • full exclusion replay: NERL mt0 0.267679, mt5 0.469513, VOI 2.583639
  • full nucleus-aware replay: 8/8 repairs verified; NERL mt0 0.287184, mt5 0.481614, VOI 2.561970

All volume computation is submitted through the provided short, medium, or long Slurm entry points.
