extends the NHModeration phrase filter to inspect message content and textual embed fields, including titles, descriptions, field names and values, author names, and footer text. cached message edits are checked so embeds added after message creation are covered without extra Discord API reads. filter configuration output uses a bot-only marker so the cog does not delete its own phrase list or confirmations.
