adds a per-guild phrase filter to NHModeration with runtime add, remove, and list commands. matching uses case-insensitive plain substrings from an in-memory cache and deletes matching guild messages without a public response. configuration output stays private, deletion failures use the existing operational error reporter, and the README documents the required Message Content intent and Manage Messages permission.
