Capture the previously uncommitted developer Beta channel, UI and startup work as a source baseline matching the published build70 inputs. Keep stable main/build52 and the live update routes unchanged. Add reproducible App assembly, release-source provenance, real native/update/startup CI checks, and PR/release conventions. Stop tracking generated bundles and Cloudflare state while retaining local files and historical Git objects. Keep experiments and private feedback correspondence out of this baseline.

保存此前只在工作区中的Beta70完整源码，建立可追踪的开发分支与注释版本标签，遇到问题可用git revert或从标签创建恢复分支。当前开发分支为codex/3.0-beta，Beta70检查点为v2.9.10-beta.70（03e3d1d）。
按维护者最新要求，本阶段只做Git历史、追踪和回退：构建workflow已停用，源码仅保留手动触发，提交/推送不运行构建或测试，也不打包/部署。长期分支没有构建或PR门槛，只禁止强推/删除；v*版本标签禁止更新/删除。现有工具保留供以后明确需要时使用。
main及正式/旧更新线路继续build52。PR保持Draft，作为可选的源码审阅入口，不合并或发布正式版本。
生成App和本机缓存停止Git追踪，磁盘文件与历史不删除；反馈邮件、实验资料保留本机。研发记录与截图已入库。docs/releases/2.9.10-beta.70.json保存已发布包的输入/哈希；这是发布后的源码基线，未伪造旧Beta提交，也未更换已发布的70包。
本次结束仅核对Git提交、远端分支/标签、保护规则和工作区状态，不继续构建、测试或尝试安装。回退方法见CONTRIBUTING.md。
