Prototype Feeds

To be designed in Leeds PHR branding

• User profile includes cog calls drop down menu with following menu items: Application Preferences, Personal Information, Contact Information, Change History. Feeds
• List Feeds shows: Name, Url
• Edit Feed shows: Name, Url
• Patient Summary cog drop down includes all feeds set within feeds section (each as a separate check box. Clicking any of them will show a widget on the main page.

Feeds should reside as a section on the User Profile page, not their own section. Update List + Edit view accordingly.
