Summary
Adds a VLA Builder assistant drawer that uses the current template catalog to prepare an unsaved VLA draft. It fills metadata suggestions, selects catalog template IDs, validates required variables, and lets the user review before applying. Manual requirement attachment and explicit VLA creation remain available.
The API supports the configured OpenAI-compatible, Gemini, and Anthropic providers without exposing credentials to the frontend. Missing template capabilities are shown as an actionable fallback.

Open http://localhost:3020/create, click Design with AI, upload sample data, and use the renewable-energy prompt.
