The current process for uploading models to Hugging Face Transformers is slow and cumbersome. This affects productivity and delays model sharing. also pre install guardrails hub model so that they dont affect any process after it.

- Add support for using Hugging Face tokens to enable faster uploads.
- Streamline the upload process for improved user experience.
