LLM Call: Improve maintainability and consistency #922

The current implementation of llm_call relies on magic strings, making it less maintainable. Additionally, the file naming for provider execution is inconsistent, which can lead to confusion.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Replace completion type strings (text, stt, tts, proxy, etc.) with their corresponding enums.
- Apply the same change for providers.
- Standardize file names for provider execution to be self-explanatory.
Original issue
Describe the current behavior
In llm_call execution all pathways are magic string dependent. Also the file names for provider execution are non standard i.e eai.py for elevenlabs.py etc
Describe the enhancement you'd like
Replace strings of completion types (text, stt, tts, proxy etc) to their enums. Same for providers also. And have self explanatory provider files
