integrated the contracts. review is going to be whack, so here's exactly what i did:

1. pnpm install "pv-contracts@github:Progressive-Victory/the-contracts#main&path:/dist"
2. -- commit
3. find and replace @/contracts -> pv-contracts across codebase
4. -- commit
5. delete contracts folder
6. -- commit
7. pnpm update
8. -- commit
9. pnpm lint
10. resolved 17 lint issues
11. -- commit

the rest should be evident from the commit history

Do your changes impact anything else?

• for testing post-lint, updated account page to redirect to /volunteer if not authenticated. i think this is natural functionality anyways, so i included it but made it its own commit that can be reverted if necessary for this PR.
