Adds commands:
/ghsetup- Provide Github organisation name and Github API key./ghleaderboard- Shows contribution leaderboard based on merged PRs and opened issues on repos under a specified organisation. Fetches without caching, I can add this if you'd prefer. It could also use a Github webhook to invalidate the cache which would work pretty nicely./contributing- Shows instructions on contributing to projects.
