fix(navbar): implement missing navbar component

Summary

Removed the unused src/components/Navbar.jsx file because it contained no component implementation and was not being used anywhere in the application.

Keeping an empty component file can confuse contributors, create maintenance overhead, and potentially cause import-related issues in the future.
