fix: Streak tracker silently breaks for streaks longer than 90 days

Summary

Expanded the streak look-back to a shared 365-day window via streak.ts, then switched the streak metrics route, the public-profile streak helper, and the leaderboard streak query to use it: route.ts, public-profile-data.ts, and route.ts.

I also cleaned up the stale 90-day comment in the streak route so the docs match the behavior. Targeted error checks on the touched files came back clean.
