About Me

Biomedical Engineering Undergraduate at the National Institute of Technology Rourkela with interests in:

Ongoing Research Internship

  • Working on biomaterials and tissue engineering-related research.
  • Involved in hydrogel and scaffold development.
  • Participating in biomaterial characterization and cell-based studies.

Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore

Research Intern (Medical Imaging & AI)

  • Developed unsupervised and supervised learning pipelines for anomaly detection and segmentation.
  • Implemented feature extraction, clustering, dimensionality reduction, and weak-label generation techniques.
  • Trained and evaluated CNN and U-Net models for biomedical image analysis.
  • Performed model evaluation using classification and segmentation metrics.

  • Developed a deep learning framework for brain tumor segmentation from MRI images.

Muscle Fatigue Monitoring System using EMG

  • Developed an Arduino-based system for monitoring forearm muscle fatigue.
  • Implemented EMG signal acquisition and fatigue detection logic.
  • Designed a real-time alert system for fatigue monitoring.

AGRI-FLOW – A Compact Vertical Dryer

  • Contributed to the development of a portable agricultural drying system.
  • Worked on prototype development, design optimization, and technical documentation.
