…nfig ProgramRunConfig carries the fields the runner reads plus postAuthGateIds and healthCheckDeclared, computed by runConfigFor from the steps. Run steps name the program they run as data; the runners execute them. ProgramRun, AbortCase, PromptContext, the agent signal vocabulary, shouldDisableAsk, claude settings, env isolation, and token pricing move out of src/lib/agent. P1 of the agent/store/tui split, stacked on the P0 PR: the agent receives a ProgramRunConfig and never reads program steps.
postAuthGateIds and healthCheckDeclared are computed from the steps by runConfigFor and pinned by the P0 goldens. Run steps name the program they run as data and the runners execute them, so posthog-integration no longer imports runAgent. ProgramRun, AbortCase, PromptContext, the agent signal vocabulary, shouldDisableAsk, claude settings, env isolation, and token pricing move out of src/lib/agent. WizardUI gains interactive so wizard-abort stops checking the renderer class. Seeded boundary violations drop from 72 to 38; every frame, flow trace, keyboard, and analytics golden is unchanged.
