The published skill menu marks `audit all` as the default, and the family picker shows only defaults, so AGENTS.md named the wrong leaf. The dev-flag catalog gained no row for --task-stream-log, including the part that trips people up: a line in the dump means the payload was attempted, and the debug log is where delivery shows.
