Add AIO and Logs to default Wizard runs wherever applicable, with clear skip reasons otherwise.

Run AIO, then Logs, then review to avoid conflicting file edits. Reuse the existing skills and include both results in the setup report. Covers both execution paths.

Validation: build and 208 tests pass. Checked that skipping AIO still lets Logs and reporting run. No live ingestion test.

Companion: PostHog/wizard#1235 — release the Wizard change first.

@edwinyjlim added to default runs, didn't make it optional, but added some skip boundaries. I don't see a downside of not making it optional, wdyt?
