Kitchen takeaway tickets showed the sale reference even when an order had a saved takeaway number or token. Include takeaway_number in the desktop query and prefer takeaway number, then token, then the legacy sale reference in both kitchen formatters. Develop counterpart of #1418; excludes unfinished tax audit work.
Validation: 26 kitchen regression tests passed on develop; formatting, packaged-module and attribution checks passed. Both formatters and legacy fallbacks are covered.
Sync: read-only projection of existing branch-scoped sales fields. No persisted data, allocation, gateway or agent changes and no historical renumbering. Live desktop/cloud transport and installer rollout are not verified.
Develop also includes formatting-only fixes in two existing tests flagged by CI. Both suites passed locally (34 tests); no assertions or behavior changed.
