Adds Available for sale as an independent, default-on item property, with item ACL checks, optimistic revision checks, idempotent retries and atomic actor/time/before/after audit. Inventory scanning includes hidden and alternate matches; desktop Items provides an explicit comparison and confirmation dialog. Sales queries exclude hidden items, caches invalidate on availability changes, and new basket checkout rejects hidden products without deleting basket lines. Stock and history are unchanged.
Requires matching Mobile-App and Gateway/sync-agent changes before coordinated rollout. Items already use the branch-scoped batch lane in all three manifests; the audit travels with the item. The modified agent was bundled locally and all 27 collection declarations matched. No client production records or messages changed.
Validation: mobile/inventory API suites 42 passed, 5 existing environment-dependent skips; real-Mongo barcode suite 23 passed; desktop DOM/chooser tests 9 passed; attribution passed. Gateway reconnect test preserves availability and installation-local execution receipts despite newer stock writes.
Gateway #45 is merged and deployed; signed agent 1.7.4 is published on beta. Additional release checks pass: 316 model/channel tests, 51 desktop i18n tests and language validation. Public desktop installers acquire the signed private agent after activation. POS test installer and APK publication follow CI; physical multi-device acceptance remains pending.
