Changes

Complete the desktop setup flow for stock Posnic and branded builds: illustrated Cloud/Community choices, browser signup continuation, explicit pairing server, visible regional and demo choices, password confirmation and field validation. Setup can be closed and resumed, and its window/cards fit the display work area and Windows scaling. Uninstall adds a Remove all shortcut while preserving individual Keep choices.

Validation

  • 54 local onboarding, browser authorization, setup lifecycle, regional validation and window sizing tests pass.
  • Responsive choice layouts fit 800x700 through 1200x960, including 1060x580; compact shop form fits 800x700 and 1024x700.
  • GSHCL NSIS installer built successfully; packaged setup scripts, main-process sizing and branding verified.
  • No whitespace errors; attribution check run locally.
  • Live customer cloud signup and a new full installation were not performed for the latest build. The EXE is unsigned.

Data and sync

Regional fields use the existing install payload and existing branch/settings persistence and sync paths; no collections or sync manifests change. Confirmation passwords are validation-only. Country/timezone suggestions are local and work offline; demo data stays opt-in. Closing setup uses existing close-to-tray behaviour without reset/uninstall. No cloud records were changed. Cross-device regional-data delivery has not been newly exercised; no Gateway or agent rollout is introduced.
