Uninstall previously paused with no live details while copying and hashing the full local profile, including node_modules. Apply the three Keep choices directly, state that unchecked local data is permanently removed without an extra backup, restore visible streaming removal details, and run file traversal in compiled code with throttled status updates.

Validation: six focused Windows tests pass, including all eight Keep combinations, long/read-only paths, link rejection, running-app protection, and registration cleanup. GSHCL installer builds and package checks pass. A 6,000-file synthetic cleanup improved from 3992 ms to 1804 ms. User tested the optimized installer and confirmed faster uninstall. Attribution check passed.

Scope: local uninstall only. Cloud data and sync lanes are unchanged. Existing saved backups follow their independent Keep choice. No automatic recovery archive is created. Installer/new-shop reset behavior is unchanged.
