Complete branch setup and fix record form validation

Complete New Branch with regional and printing fields, optional country-specific tax validation, and canonical currency metadata. Fix permission validation to reveal the Access tab, align supplier and password fields, use a compact Unit dialog, and update category shape colors.

Validation: all eight local checks passed (4,309 desktop tests); full API suite passed (12,891 tests); 12 form regressions and 173 focused branch tests passed; asset build and light/dark/mobile previews passed.

Regional fields already travel on the existing tenant-scoped branches sync lane. No new collection, migration or Gateway/agent rollout. Physical offline multi-till testing was not performed. Details: docs/RECORD_FORM_COMPLETENESS.md.

When you have tested it, say what you did and what happened, and set
QA passed or QA failed. If you cannot set labels, just comment -
a maintainer will.

Reporting that something is broken is as useful as fixing it. It is
better found here than by a shopkeeper.
