Organizes Sales settings and the User, Customer, Supplier, Category and Branch editors into spacious sections with sticky actions and theme-aware styling. Category choices show actual square, rounded, circle and diamond shapes. New customers, suppliers and branches use the active shop country, state and city; edits keep saved locations, and stale state requests cannot overwrite a newer selection.

Existing controls, form ownership, validation and save/upload handlers are retained. Desktop configuration stays inside the app; Electron Help & Recovery remains independently available. Separates desktop hardware from the previously duplicated mobile-devices route. Includes the newer main sales-popup fix.

Validation: all eight standard local checks passed on the final branch (4,304 passed, 5 skipped); all 522 API unit suites passed (12,853 tests), followed by 171 focused API tests after the legacy city-update adjustment. Targeted DOM/state/validation tests, translations, lint, packaging and frontend asset build passed. Isolated Electron renders checked desktop light/dark and mobile layouts; no live customer records were saved.

Sync: existing branch-scoped customers/suppliers/categories and licensed branches lanes already carry these documents. No collection, authority, transport or migration changes. City remains an existing branch field; city_setting is only the active-shop cache. Live multi-device reconnect/delivery was not tested. See docs/ORGANIZED_RECORD_FORMS.md.

Ship API and frontend together. Electron menu changes need a new installer. Keep desktop latest unpublished until the requested private installer test.

Merged to develop. Anyone can test this - you do not need write access.

Try it at https://develop.posnic.io, or run it yourself:

git fetch origin develop && git checkout develop
npm install && npm --prefix api install
npm run dev # then http://localhost:3000

When you have tested it, say what you did and what happened, and set
QA passed or QA failed. If you cannot set labels, just comment -
a maintainer will.

Reporting that something is broken is as useful as fixing it. It is
better found here than by a shopkeeper.
