Promote develop receipt fixes to main
Includes PR #1369: resolve the real Windows default printer for automatic receipt printing; allow custom receipt footer text; omit placeholder addresses and zero tax rows; align illustrative tax previews with the branch country while preserving saved tax labels and genuine small tax amounts.
Validation: local lint, formatting, API documentation, packaging and attribution checks passed. All 124 focused i18n, international-language and receipt tests passed after fixing the footer translation tag and Dutch entry. Windows Electron proof delivered both counter and settlement receipt payloads to the configured capture queue; physical paper output was not verified. Required GitHub checks remain enforced.
Sync uses the existing tenant-scoped branches receipt_designs field across POS, Gateway and sync agent. No new lanes or replicated print jobs. Live cross-device footer sync has not been exercised.
This promotes source changes only. It does not publish a desktop installer or latest release; private installer signing/testing remains separate.
Also includes PR #1372: walk-in/default customers use the branch state for Indian GST; named customers in another state use IGST; equivalent GST state codes and names compare consistently. The resolved state and components are saved with the sale. Existing recorded components are preserved. All 314 focused API tests, all eight local checks (4,291 desktop tests passed, five skipped), and all final PR checks passed. Uses the existing branch-scoped sales sync lane; live cross-device verification remains outstanding.
Includes the separately merged Mobile POS public shop-name discovery change from PR #1370.
Includes PR #1374: Ask Posnic navigation now follows its own opt-in (off by default), disabled settings tabs avoid protected requests, and duplicate settings Save buttons are consolidated while preserving account/branch/device scopes. All final GitHub checks and the frontend asset build passed. Live shop settings and cross-device sync were not exercised for this UI change.
