I have a strange problem. It's from a lot of weeks that some days Periscope process use almost 30% of cpu and all videos blocks every few seconds, so videos are unwatchable. Other days all works fine, process is under 5% and all videos are perfect. It's not a internet/wifi connection problem. I suppose that it is a Periscope streaming problem, but I am not sure. Someone has the same problem ?
