This fix 2 main issues:

  • Ctrl-C in prompts cannot be detected
  • When Ctrl-C out of a password prompt, the terminal configurations are not restored so the inputs are all hidden

this is a breaking change, but since 0.7.0 was just released as a big rewrite, i am releasing as 0.7.1
