Currently, ImageMagick is crashing when Archivematica attempts to use it to generate preservation copies of .tiff files. This appears to be due to an incompatibility between ImageMagick 6.12 and libtiff6. It is difficult to install a different version of ImageMagick, or to configure ImageMagick to use a different version of libtiff, on Ubuntu 24.04, so this commit updates our Dockerfile to revert to Ubuntu 22.04 for the time being.
