Purpose

Reposition MergeSutra for the BharatCode Build League with a memorable but accurate, source-audited pitch. Owner's original aspiration included complementary BharatCode IDE workflows; the current repository ships a standalone CLI through BharatCode's model API. Avoid falsely claiming a Desktop/IDE integration.

What changed

• README hook: AI can propose a fix. MergeSutra demands evidence.
• README explains criterion-level test receipts, uncertainty and precise BharatCode ecosystem positioning.
• docs/SUBMISSION.md receives a 674-character, 1,000-character-safe contest summary and accurate explanation of historical demo provenance.
• Judge guide points to green CI on e61fd5d, with an explicitly scoped scripted customer test from PR fix(security): keep GitHub token out of validation job environments #69's head.
• No production code, product command, model configuration, credentials or API budget is changed.

Evidence and audit

• Inspected the 122-file src/ tree line-by-line for IDE-specific code, unshipped features and security/publication surfaces, then traced key entry, model, verification and publication modules.
• The production CLI is distinct from BharatCode Desktop; the release has no editor plugin.
• src/cli/program.ts leaves unattended run planned.
• src/cli/pr.ts only wires the production GitHub publisher on explicit --publish; separate digest-bound approval remains mandatory.
• Verified 6/6 merged-main CI on run #42481055084. No new live-model qualification is asserted.

Required gates

• README opening promise stays within the 800-character repository guard (locally counted 776 characters).
• Confirm formatting, documentation boundaries, all 6 CI matrix jobs, and scripted customer qualification pass.
• Do not merge on missing checks. No live BharatCode calls or hackathon account submission are made by this PR.
