site: regenerate stale bundle.js - #17

CI's site-bundle-in-sync check caught this correctly on PR #16, but that PR was merged with --admin (bypasses status checks, not just review), so it landed on main anyway. This is the fix: the diff is purely the base64 of the docstring/comment wording changed by the plan-docs cleanup - no logic in the bundled modules changed, confirmed by running convert_split against the regenerated bundle's source directly.
