Replace the legacy demo with a complete workflow and 26 focused demonstrations in five languages. The website and README link to real Tatami interactions, while independent fixture apps provide repeatable content for recording.

The capture work also fixes resizing in vertically stacked BSP layouts and restores saved arrangements when windows appear late. Update preferences are applied before the updater starts.

Changes

  • Add 135 localized films, in-video captions and keycasts, accessible video collections, and links to related settings.
  • Cover GUI copy/duplication, real CLI and hooks, two-display workflows, and profile changes on display connect/disconnect.
  • Translate the documentation and website into English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
  • Consolidate capture, export, site/document generation, and Tart workflows into a Swift package using Subprocess, ArgumentParser, SwiftSoup, Hummingbird, and the official Markdown packages.
  • Replace shell hooks with a native executable, generate bundles from the shared app catalog, and add pinned-revision development-tool notices with a CI drift check.
  • Normalize preview filesystem roots with Swift System so equivalent directory URLs resolve consistently on macOS and Linux.

Validation

  • App changes: 631 tests passed on macOS.
  • Demo Lab: 60 tests passed; all 135 deliveries were verified.
  • Swift automation: 21 tests passed on both macOS and Linux, including HTTP Range handling, process cancellation, export acceptance, localization, and dependency-notice provenance.
  • Recorded two additional Korean scenes through the new native automation, fetched a hash-verified archive, and passed full video decode and caption OCR.
  • A Swift re-export of the existing Korean configuration film matched the published-input MP4 SHA256 exactly.
  • Verified 65 generated documents and 108 localized scenes; generated 20 site pages with media and scene hash checks.
  • Secret scanning passed. Original whitespace inside reproduced third-party license texts is retained.

Linux CI also passed the pinned-notice, generated-document, localized-scene, and site-build checks: https://github.com/PangMo5/Tatami/actions/runs/34107626716. Merging updates the site through the existing Pages workflow. The app version remains 1.13.0 and this PR does not tag a new app release.

Replace the legacy demo with interactive fixture apps, repeatable VM capture, per-take acceptance, and 27 website-ready films. Add real multi-display, CLI and hook demonstrations, a shared Tatami film palette, and visible video collections with native playback.

Validation: 55 Swift tests, 6 Python tests, full decode of 27 deliveries, 482 OCR samples, and browser playback/responsive checks.
- Provide documentation, website pages, demo UI, and 135 films in five languages
- Add in-video captions and keycasts, GUI duplication and copying, dual-display workflows, and settings links
- Fix resizing for vertically stacked tiles and saved-layout restoration for late-opening windows
- Apply update preferences before updater startup and strengthen capture, subtitle, and frame checks

Tests: 631 app tests, 60 DemoLab tests, and 20 Python tests passed; 135 films verified; gitleaks passed.
- Move capture, video export, documentation, site generation, and VM workflows into a Swift CLI
- Reuse Subprocess, ArgumentParser, SwiftSoup, Hummingbird, and the official Markdown packages
- Connect native hooks and shared bundle metadata, removing legacy Python and shell entry points
- Update localized development guides, CI, and appcast release-note generation

Tests: 19 Tools tests and 60 DemoLab tests passed on macOS
Tests: Two VM captures, archive hash verification, and subtitle OCR passed
Tests: Verified 65 documents and 108 localized scenes; generated 20 site pages
Tests: Swift export matched the existing Korean configuration film's SHA256
Checks: Staged diff check and gitleaks passed
- Correct scene fields, missing commands, and the in-video caption layout
- Align README tiling guidance and build requirements with the implementation
- Regenerate the updated guides and explanatory notices in all five languages
- Separate app and tooling notices, generating tool licenses from pinned Git blobs
- Add a regression test and CI check to detect dependency-notice drift

Validation: 20 Tools tests passed; 65 documents and 108 localized scenes verified
Validation: 20 site pages generated; tool notices and workflow lint passed
Checks: Staged diff check and gitleaks passed
Compare resolved Swift System file paths instead of directory-sensitive URL values so the root index and source aliases resolve consistently on Darwin and Linux.

Add coverage for equivalent directory URL representations. All 21 Tools tests pass on macOS; rerun Linux CI for the original root-route failure.
