chore: prepare Tatami 1.14.2 release

Prepare Tatami 1.14.2 from main with fixes for recent-window focus after menu interactions and Guided Setup draft restoration, applying, and dismissal.

Bump Project.swift to 1.14.2, add the English changelog section, and regenerate the four reviewed translations. Keep the 1.14 in-app feature overview and evergreen product copy unchanged because this is a maintenance release.

Validation:

• Full macOS Debug test suite: 770 passed, zero failures.
• Automation tool suite: 26 passed.
• Generated documentation, development-tool notices, 108 localized scenes, and the 20-page, five-language website verified.
• Release-note extraction and all five localized Sparkle descriptions verified.
• git diff --check passed. Project.swift has the same 17 pre-existing SwiftFormat diagnostics as main; its only code change is the version string.
• The focus fix was verified in Tart with controlled missing-close notifications and actual Chrome round trips. The exact interaction behind the original Chrome notification gap remains unconfirmed.
• Universal Release build passed. The built app reports 1.14.2, contains arm64 and x86_64, includes legal notices, points to the new Sparkle feed, and passes strict deep code-signature verification.
