- Bump the shared app and CLI marketing version to 1.14.1. - Document layout restoration, window switching, permission, and DMG fixes. - Generate the patch changelog in all five supported languages. Tests: 767 app tests and 25 tool tests passed; Release build, bundled versions, localization generation, and release-note extraction verified.

Prepare Tatami 1.14.1 for the fixes already on
main: layout/fullscreen restoration, per-workspace recent-window switching, permission revocation handling, and signed installation disk images. The app and bundled CLI now report 1.14.1 fromProject.swift, and the changelog describes this patch in all five supported languages.Content and compatibility

The underlying fixes were validated before this preparation in the dedicated Tart VM: native multi-window app restoration, staggered window arrival, inactive-app relaunch, virtual display changes, and persisted fullscreen restoration after an actual macOS restart. The final implementation received the three-window restoration smoke; the actual reboot test used the preceding candidate before the no-op-sync ratio guard. Physical clamshell/dock behavior and unattended Launch at Login remain outside that VM evidence. This PR changes only version/release content and does not repeat or expand those runtime claims.
This PR does not publish a tag or release. The release workflow's Developer ID signing, DMG notarization/Gatekeeper checks, public artifact, Sparkle feed, Homebrew update, and site distribution still need verification when 1.14.1 is published.
