- Track recent focus per workspace, including shared and non-tiled windows, and preserve it across workspace switches and layout changes. - Freeze held switcher sessions and remember the resolved focus anchor so quick taps return to the last-used window before AX notifications arrive. - Maintain recency through Borrow, window replacement, and app termination. - Send complete modifier lifetimes from DemoLab keyboard taps. - Document switching behavior and the Tatami name in all five languages. Tests: 744 macOS tests and 61 DemoLab tests passed; 66-step VM scenario passed; 35 localized documents verified; host Debug build and launch passed.
Describe workspace restoration, BSP tiling, responsiveness under load, Borrow, Always on Top, and configuration depth on the website and in the README. Share the same development history across both surfaces, with contextual links to FlashSpace contributions and the workspace-layout proposal. Update all five locales and remove the personal CPU-usage anecdote. Validate 20 generated site pages, 35 localized documents, matching origin text, and contextual links.

The website and README now explain when Tatami is useful and why it was built. Four benefits connect workspace restoration and BSP tiling, responsiveness during project builds, Borrow and Always on Top, and deeper configuration to concrete workflows.
Both surfaces share the development history, including moving between other window managers and the appeal of app hiding with preassigned virtual workspaces. FlashSpace contribution and proposal phrases link directly to the author's pull requests and the original discussion. The copy is localized into all five supported languages; it does not include the personal CPU-usage anecdote.
Validation: all 20 site pages built and all 35 localized documents passed generation checks. Website/README origin text and contextual links were checked across all five locales. Local links and static heading references passed; the local preview returns HTTP 200.
