…vider URL Add `--config` for interactive provider/URL/API key configuration. Add `-p`/`--prompt` to start conversation from CLI args. Persist last provider URL in settings for subsequent runs. Request `include_usage` in OpenAI-compat stream options for token tracking. Move provider setup logic into `src/agent/setup.rs`.
