PSP GO TA-091 Half Bricked - unable to install PSP Go Error opening MS0:/TM/DCARK/vsh/module/netconf_plugin.prx missing

As in the title - im getting a PSP Go Error opening MS0:/TM/DCARK/vsh/module/netconf_plugin.prx error and it is true, no such file is present in this directory..

Now im half bricked and don't know what to do XD

Same here.
Started with 6.61 PRO Infinite. Restored OEM FW using chronoswitch. Installed cIPL to install ARK as per GitHub guide.
May be a cIPL or chronoswitch issue? cIPL now gives the same error when attempting to reinstall OEM 6.61.

Salient Detail: Toggled Plugin location using Live Ark and attempted import of old plugins without cleaning plugins for compatibility.
After restarting, issue began.

Troubleshooting attempted:

Holding R to start without plugins. Fails to endless black screen.
Holding PS to start OEM. Fails to endless black screen.
Ejected SD and found the resources directory.

The stated module is definitely missing, but I don't know enough to know whether it's actually intended.

EDIT FOR UPDATED INFO:
I learned that the Ark hotkey for skipping plugins is Start + Select. That worked.
I have now restored to OFW

Further update:
Started over, and it worked correctly.
Odd. Only guess is that there was an issue removing infinity that was corrected by recovering from failed Ark install.
Custom Launcher also produced scrambled visuals until I navigated the menu to disable auto boot, and try exiting. For some reason, it corrected the visuals to expected behavior.

I managed to revert o OFW as well and then jumped to V4.. that's a safe haven for now..
