This PR upgrades the project to Angular v19 along with relevant dependencies and adjusts project configuration accordingly. The primary updates are update the latest Angular ecosystem, improve build optimization, and remove deprecated configurations.

Changes:

• 🔼 Upgraded Angular packages and related dev dependencies to v19.
• 🧹 Removed deprecated config fields from angular.json.
• 🛠 Switched Angular builder to "@angular-devkit/build-angular:application" for modern app builds.
• 🧹 Cleaned up TypeScript imports (file-saver, moment).
