fix(import): skip loose .md docs; ship 3 agents + 2 commands to the bundle - #13

.agents/skills/ carries AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, SKILLS-MAP.md and pending-review.md next to the skill directories. walkDir imported every loose .md as a skill named after the file, so local catalogs gained documentation rows. A loose .md now counts as a skill only when it declares frontmatter; directory skills (SKILL.md / AGENT.md) are unaffected, and commands and flat agents use their own loaders.
