[C#]: Java选择页面刷新无效

在删除Java或更改已安装Java文件目录后，刷新启动器Java全局选择页面不能刷新掉已经无效的Java选择信息

重现步骤 / Steps to Reproduce

1、点击设置
2、鼠标悬停侧边栏Java，然后点击刷新
