Normal Portal availability used the same bright amber text and dot as warning states. Available now uses the theme's secondary text color, matching Workspace and New chat; the dot inherits the status text color. Needs attention, Degraded, transitional statuses, and the working accent retain their existing colors and behavior.
Validation: existing Pixel and readiness suites passed (96 tests); production dashboard build passed; git diff --check passed. An isolated preview renders the actual Pixel component with wallpaper and status controls for independent visual review. No live preferences or services were changed.
