Missing source element

In html5 there is a `<source>` element which is missing in html6. Where has it gone?
Also, we should introduce the `media` attribute on `<source>` (see [`<picture>`](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/embedded-content.html#the-picture-element) element draft).
