Promotes exact main candidate 54db335 to testnet-canary after the full hotfixed 50 SWM + 50 VM private-CG autoApprove, late-join, integrity, restart, and resource gate passed. Includes bounded graph-safe rootless progress, verified VM lifecycle pointers, clean SWM retry handoff, and harness recovery hardening.\n\nAfter merge we will attest tree identity across main/testnet-canary and the four deployed nodes, then rerun the clean 50+50 gate before the mandatory 1,000+1,000 soak.
