Update BetterCalibrator to 0.3.0

Typically when bumping a plugin's SupportedDriverVersion, the old file is not deleted and MaxSupportedDriverVersion is added set to one version before the SupportedDriverVersion of the new plugin version you're adding.

But I won't stop this from merging if you really do want/need to remove support for 0.6.5.1.

Whoops, just ran a move command, and changed the config. It should be fixed now.
