Summary

Phase 3 of epic #46. Full prose draft of manuscript/narrative-review/manuscript.md, replacing the Phase 1 placeholders.

Main-text sections 1-7 total 3208 words, comfortably inside the TiCS Forum Review ~4000-word ceiling. Boxes, glossary, figure legends, and references are separate per TiCS house style.

Closes #49. Part of epic #46.

Critical-finding remediations applied

• F1: "All seven Category G cards in our language ontology (and 12 cards corpus-wide) carry transfer-to-silent: no" — Section 5a.
• F2: All in-text references to the alpha-band-and-emotion review name "Codispoti and colleagues (2023)"; the Schubring slug does not appear in prose.
• F4: Anchor case (Section 7.2 + Box 1) rebuilt around Petroni-Cohen 2018 + partly-validated pipeline. Two anchor assertions named as independent.
• F5: Section 7.3 names the topographic-and-band rejection region: central-rolandic mu-band confirms action; frontal-asymmetric alpha confirms emotion; left-frontotemporal (Lipkin negative control) falsifies the four-perspective ranking.
• I1-I5: Wishlist commitments dropped; narrative-position objection added (Section 7.4); Hickok-style mu critique named (Section 4); bridge sentences in Section 2; Section 5 split into 5a+5b.
• S2: The Present italicised throughout.
