Add Week 9: Neuroinformatics (standards, sharing, credit)#13

Conversation
23-slide deck (presentation.json validates 0 errors/0 warnings), 21 hero figures including the real HBN-EEG Figure 9 embedded with annotations, blog post, outline, and slide plan. Slide 21 shows the live DataCite NEMAR-vs-OpenNeuro metadata gap (8/8 vs 0/8 ORCID). Diagrams rendered and visually QA'd; deck schema-validated. Scope: standards + sharing (BIDS, HED, HEDit, neuroinformatics plugin, OpenNeuro/NEMAR, nemar-cli DOI+ORCID).
Define HBN-EEG/DOI/ORCID/FAIR on first use in the blog and define HBN in the slide deck (common neuro abbreviations left as-is per review); fix 'token cached' -> 'API key cached' (nemar uses an API key); correct the mock report count to 'Errors fixed: 2'; sync slide-plan/outline to 23 slides. Deck re-validates 0/0.

Note: the typos CI check has been red on main since week-05 (pre-existing false positives in earlier weeks); week-09 adds no new typos. YouTube embed uses a placeholder ID until the recording is posted.
