feat: add Assistant Systems division with voice assistant specialists

Summary

Adds a new Assistant Systems division for voice-first AI assistant builds — think J.A.R.V.I.S.-style assistants with persona, voice, holographic UI, anime characters, direct web commands, and content.

• Adapted from patterns in coreyhaines31/marketingskills, mattpocock/skills, and msitarzewski/agency-agents
• Follows the existing eAI frontmatter format (name, description, color, emoji, model, tier, effort, vibe)
• Includes a visual-audio state contract, no-fallback direct-action catalog, and persona consistency rules
