Match the 2.1 text published at docs.openspp.org: add caste and color to the protected classes, drop the 2.0 double-space typo in the Permanent Ban paragraph, and bump the attribution to 2.1. Keeps contact@openspp.org as the reporting address; reflow is the repo's prettier hook.
